Fascia-Focused Strength is a four-part series designed to integrate strength training with fascia-focused movement. Each 30-minute session focuses on a different area of the body, helping you build resilience, stability, and mobility while staying in tune with your fascia. By the end of this series, you'll have the tools to seamlessly incorporate strength into your fascia practice (and vice-versa!), creating a balanced and sustainable approach to movement.
